The TAA Athletic Department provides varsity sports for our students. As a member of the Canyon Athletic Association, students have many opportunities to participate in extra-curricular sports throughout the year.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Before participating in any varsity sport, students must submit the following forms to TAA Athletic Director, Coach Alex Smith each school year of participation.

Athletic Packet- required each year of participation
Complete Physical- required each year of participation
Brainbook Concussion Certificate Login - required once for entire enrollment

What Information Do We Collect? How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
