Boarding

Choosing Thunderbird Adventist Academy for boarding school years is a choice of belonging to a school family with a special mission and commitment. Boarding students live in the residence hall on campus with separate dormitories for boys and girls. Usually a student occupies a room with one other student.

As a member of the dormitory, each resident should respect the rights of others. Each student is expected to help keep his/her room clean and neat.

Remodeled in 2011, the new boys' dorm has room for approximately 50 boys. Each room includes its own climate controls and private closets with sinks, beds, closets, and desk in the rooms.  The students use showers and bathrooms down the hall. There is central air-conditioning, private closets with sinks, beds, closets, and desk in the rooms.  The students use showers and bathrooms down the hall.
