The last major building program on campus was during the 1970s with the completion of the current facility. Gifts to the Capital Project Fund currently help to maintain and restore our beautiful facility. In the near future a Capital Campaign will begin to raise funds for the long-awaited Church on-campus and to re-construct the sport field complex.

Thunderbird Adventist Academy has on-going capital needs that we meet with the help of our alumni, friends, business community, and property development income. Your gift to one of the following campaigns is vital to maintaining a safe, up-to-date facility with current programming.

• Remodel all restroom facilities on campus
• Remodel chapel (new carpet, sound & video)
• A campus-wide upgrade of computers & technology
• Replace gym floor with wood floor COMPLETED MARCH 2007!
• Re-construct sports field complex (lighted baseball/football/soccer)

ENDOWMENT GIFTS — LEAVING A LEGACY
Endowment gifts are invested by Thunderbird Adventist Academy, and the income from the gift is directed toward a purpose chosen by the donor. Only the income from the principal is used, so that the gift continues on and provides help in the proceeding years. Endowment opportunities include student scholarships, funding for staff and teacher development, and other selected special projects.
